Terms of use

Last updated: September 2026

This page is an English translation provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.

Purpose

These terms govern access to the campustrack.cm site and to the online product demonstration, as well as the use of the CampusTrack service, the school management software published by Honowa Technologies (Douala, Cameroon). Using the service implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.

Access and demonstration

The site is freely accessible. An online demonstration of the product is made available for evaluation. A free 30-day trial, with no bank card and no commitment, allows every feature of the service to be tested.

Subscriptions

The service is offered as annual subscriptions whose features and indicative prices are presented on the site. The definitive terms (price, students covered, modules, commitment, payment and renewal arrangements) are those set out in the quote and the contract signed by the school.

User obligations

The user undertakes to: provide accurate information when requesting a demonstration; use the service for its intended purpose; make no attempt to gain fraudulent access to the systems or data of other schools; and keep the credentials entrusted to them confidential.

Publisher's responsibilities

Honowa Technologies takes reasonable measures to ensure the availability, security and backup of the data held in the service (encryption, regular backups). The service is provided "as is"; the publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damages, nor for interruptions caused by maintenance or force majeure.

Intellectual property

The CampusTrack service, its software, its content and its documentation remain the exclusive property of Honowa Technologies. For the duration of its subscription, the customer holds a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use.

Termination

At the end of the trial period, the school may stop with no commitment. The conditions for terminating a subscription (notice, return of data) are set out in the contract. In the event of a serious breach of these terms, the publisher reserves the right to suspend access to the service after notification.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Cameroonian law. Any dispute relating to the use of the service will be submitted to the courts of Douala, after an attempt at amicable resolution.
