This site collects only the data you enter yourself in the demonstration or quote request form:
That data is used solely to answer your enquiry: sending a quote, arranging a demonstration or following up your request. It is neither sold, nor rented, nor passed to third parties for commercial purposes.
The form works without a server: your request is composed in your browser and then sent by you through WhatsApp to the official CampusTrack number (+237 674 97 08 06). The sending itself is therefore governed by WhatsApp (published by WhatsApp LLC) and its own privacy policy. The information leaves your device only if you confirm the send in WhatsApp.
Processing is based on your consent, given through the mandatory acceptance box on the form. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to us.
Data from commercial enquiries is kept for a maximum of 24 months after the last contact, then deleted or anonymised, unless a contractual relationship is under way.
This site sets no advertising cookies and uses no third-party analytics tool. Only technical cookies strictly necessary for the site to work may be used.
The site is served over HTTPS. Exchanges with the sales team and any customer accounts on the CampusTrack platform benefit from advanced encryption protocols and regular backups, in line with the commitments described in our terms of use.
