Delete my account

You may request the deletion of your CampusTrack Parents parent account and the data linked to it at any time. Deletion is carried out within 30 days.

Option 1 — From the app (fastest)

Open the CampusTrack Parents app and sign in.
Go to Profile then Delete my account.
Confirm with the code received by SMS.

What is deleted and what is kept

Deleted within 30 days

Your account, credentials and password
Your name, phone number and email in the app
Your preferences and notification tokens
The link between your account and your child's record

Kept, for legal reasons

The pupil's school record, which belongs to the school and remains managed by it
Receipts and payments: [10] years (accounting obligations)
Security logs: [12] months maximum, then erased

To delete or correct a piece of data in the school record (grade, absence, photo), contact the school's administration directly.

If you no longer have access to the app, fill in this form. We will verify your identity by SMS or email before any deletion.
